IF ADVERSE WEATHER ARRIVES ON YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE, WE MAY TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY REMAIN SAFE AND MAY HAVE TO CANCEL. SOME OF THESE CAUTIONS INCLUDE WINDS GREATER THAN 15MPH AND THUNDERSTORMS.

PLACING AN ORDER 

TO PLACE AN ORDER OR GET A QUOTE IT MUST BE REQUESTED THROUGH OUR SITE. JUST “ADD” DESIRED ITEMS TO YOUR

“CART” THEN “VIEW CART”, FILL OUT THE INFORMATION FORM AND CLICK SEND. WE’LL REPLY SHORTLY WITH A QUOTE,

INVOICE OR MESSAGE OF UNAVAILABILITY FOR THE DESIRED ITEM/ DATE. THIS PROCESS ALMOST ELIMINATES ERROR FROM

BOTH PARTIES AND MAKES SURE YOUR EVENT GOES SMOOTHLY.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

THERE IS A $50 DEPOSIT REQUIRED SEVERAL DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. IF YOU NEED TO POSTPONE YOUR EVENT AFTER APPLYING A DEPOSIT YOU CAN USE YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN ONE YEAR AS A RAINCHECK. 100% REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE ANYTIME WE CANCEL FOR SAFETY REASONS.
